Jerk Dry Rub

Jerk is a well-loved way of seasoning and cooking in Jamaica. 
This rub is earthy and spicy blended in small batches so you get the freshest ground spices.
 
Why not rub on Tofu and griddle or add to a vegan stew.

Salt, Ground coriander, sugar, chilli powder, MUSTARD SEEDS, black pepper, garlic powder, pimento seeds, ginger, Cassia, marjoram, dried bell pepper, bay leaves, nutmeg, TURMERIC, mace, Scotch Bonnet chilli flakes, Organic Brown rice flour
